Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (a third-party form-handling service) and delivered by email to our internal inbox. Web3Forms may temporarily store submissions to ensure reliable delivery. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com/privacy.

The website is hosted on Netlify, which may log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and infrastructure purposes. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months from the date of receipt, to allow follow-up on delayed enquiries and to keep records of ongoing conversations. After 24 months, data is deleted or anonymised, unless there is an active engagement or legal reason to retain it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and comparable laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your information (subject to legal exceptions)
